Java ME (J2ME)
Java Micro Edition Platform: The edition of Java platform that is targeted at small devices.
All J2ME applications listed on that site support some version of MIDP (Mobile Information Device Profile) CLDC (Connected Limited Device Configuration) profile, which means that they should work in mobile phones which have corresponding Java ME support.
Most of new phones have Java ME support.
Symbian S60
The Symbian S60 Platform is a software platform for mobile phones which use Symbian OS. S60 applications work on smartphones that are based on Symbian OS Series 60. There are four versions of S60: Series 60, Series 60 Second Edition and Series 60 3rd Edition. Versions are not backward compatible, so you can't run 2nd edition applications on 3rd edition device. Here is a list of S60 devices:
